Lead and manage complex structural engineering projects
Provide expert guidance on the design and analysis of metallic and composite structures
Perform high-level structural analysis and validation
Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence
Develop and review detailed technical documentation and reports
Ensure compliance with all applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with executive leadership to align structural engineering initiatives with business goals

Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of experience in structural engineering or a related role
Expert understanding of structural analysis and design principles
Thorough understanding of engineering principles and practices
Experience with Computer Aided Engineering tools
Ability to work in multi-disciplinary design and development teams
Advanced knowledge of Static and/or Dynamic Analyses
