Researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software
Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards
Evaluates interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system
Documents testing and maintenance of system corrections

9 years relevant experience with Bachelor’s in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Master’s; 4 years relevant with PhD or Juris Doctorate; or High School Diploma + 13 years relevant experience
15 years relevant experience with Bachelor’s for Software Development Analyst 5; 13 years relevant with Master’s; 10 years relevant with PhD or Juris Doctorate; or High School Diploma + 19 years relevant experience
Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions, Flow Designer / Workflow
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
Experience working within Agile development environments
Ability to support ITSM-based implementations and platform configuration
Experience with custom application development
TS/SCI clearance required
