Partner with key leaders to conduct full cycle recruiting inclusive of job posting, sourcing, assessments, screening, and hiring the best top talent available
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage with passive candidates through various channels, including social media, networking, and direct sourcing
Collaborate with the People & Culture team and senior leaders in setting short
and long-term recruiting strategies to exceed business objectives & key results
Host and attend recruitment and hiring events.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners to develop competitive offers, including salary negotiations and benefits packages
Implement strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool and support the company’s diversity and inclusion goals
Requirements
4+ years of experience recruiting top talent within a B2B SaaS environment
Demonstrated experience hiring across multiple functions, including technical and business roles
Proven ability to manage a high-volume requisition load while maintaining strong candidate experience and hiring quality
Data-oriented with strong attention to detail and ability to use data to drive talent acquisition analysis and decision making.
