Procurement Specialist

Role Overview

• Responsible for optimizing financial performance through strategic cross-functional partnerships and professional mentorship.
• Oversees the administration of the VNDLY platform and manages comprehensive supplier relations.
• Leads supplier onboarding initiatives and directing specialized sourcing projects via electronic procurement tools.
• Serves as a primary interface with the Finance department to streamline vendor disbursements and ensure accuracy of expense accruals.
• Validates internal controls within enterprise systems such as Workday.
• Advances the Source-to-Pay infrastructure through the integration of artificial intelligence and executes analytical projects designed to evaluate impacts on EBITDA and cash flow.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience with enterprise systems or similar.
• Strong analytical and technical aptitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• CPA / MBA Preferred
