Responsible for the development, configuration, administration, and support for Fulton Bank's Salesforce implementation with heavy reliance on both FSC and nCino managed packages
Lead the software design and development effort, code reviews, unit testing, deployment strategies, and development of technical documentation
Work closely with the IT Stakeholders and key business partners to understand key business objectives and deploy adaptable, secure, and scalable solutions that meet business needs
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of coding standards, methodology, and processes and procedures
Mentor and train IT Associate Solution Developers and IT Solution Developers in both processes and procedures as well as coding best practices
Demonstrate personal accountability for continuous learning of industry leading practices and techniques
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience
7 or more years Applications Development experience
5 or more years using Salesforce Lightning, Custom Lightning Web Components, Flows and Flow Builder, APEX, APEX Test
5 or more years experience using one or more of the following Clouds: Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud
Preferred: 7 or more years experience with web architectures, security, and technologies and development strategies for scalable applications
Preferred: 1 or more years experience with CI/CD in a Salesforce environment, using tools such as Copado, Gearset and SF DX
Preferred: 1 or more years experience developing nCino-based solutions
Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred)
