About this role
Role Overview
- Responsible for the development, configuration, administration, and support for Fulton Bank's Salesforce implementation with heavy reliance on both FSC and nCino managed packages
- Lead the software design and development effort, code reviews, unit testing, deployment strategies, and development of technical documentation
- Work closely with the IT Stakeholders and key business partners to understand key business objectives and deploy adaptable, secure, and scalable solutions that meet business needs
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of coding standards, methodology, and processes and procedures
- Mentor and train IT Associate Solution Developers and IT Solution Developers in both processes and procedures as well as coding best practices
- Demonstrate personal accountability for continuous learning of industry leading practices and techniques
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience
- 7 or more years Applications Development experience
- 5 or more years using Salesforce Lightning, Custom Lightning Web Components, Flows and Flow Builder, APEX, APEX Test
- 5 or more years experience using one or more of the following Clouds: Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud
- Preferred: 7 or more years experience with web architectures, security, and technologies and development strategies for scalable applications
- Preferred: 1 or more years experience with CI/CD in a Salesforce environment, using tools such as Copado, Gearset and SF DX
- Preferred: 1 or more years experience developing nCino-based solutions
- Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred)
