Role Overview
- Support the management of cross-functional, strategic projects
- Build dashboards to monitor contract quality indicators
- Drive continuous improvement by interfacing with various internal teams
- Develop analyses to identify opportunities to improve contract management and quality
- Design and ensure execution of internal processes to guarantee contract quality
Requirements
- Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent)
- Proven analytical capability, with mastery of strategic, tactical and operational indicators
- Prior experience building dashboards to track performance metrics
- Adaptable profile with high resilience to change
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
- Previous experience in SaaS companies, fintechs, or B2B technology firms
- Previous experience at strategy consulting firms
- Experience with SQL, Metabase, BigQuery, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
