Role Overview
- Design and deliver events: Own the planning and execution of a comprehensive annual events calendar across Asia Pacific, which includes industry conferences, roadshows, executive roundtables, and partner programs (~70% focus) which can be both onsite or remotely.
- Integrate campaigns: Ensure all events and field programs are part of a broader marketing approach — supported by digital, email, and social activities that extend reach and engagement.
- Shape regional execution: Act as a key contributor to APAC marketing strategy by bringing local knowledge and customer/partner insights into planning.
- Partner with Sales & Partners: Align closely with the field to drive pipeline creation, acceleration and revenue contribution.
- Engage existing customers: Build programs that strengthen relationships, deepen community engagement, and foster advocacy.
- Own budget and ROI: Manage event and program budgets, measure performance, and report on ROI against business outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with content, product marketing, and global teams to share insights on customer needs, competitive dynamics and market trends to ensure localization for APAC.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience (SaaS/tech preferred), with strong event and campaign expertise.
- Proven ability to design and deliver integrated programs that are both hands-on and measurable, with clear ROI across the funnel.
- Data-driven and creative problem solver, able to adapt programs for local markets while maintaining brand consistency.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset able to shift seamlessly from planning to delivery.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative team player, comfortable in a small-team environment partnering across sales, partners, and global stakeholders.
- Proficiency with CRM and event marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, automation platforms, registration/virtual event systems).
- Experience in EdTech would be great
