Senior Manager – Digital Product, Client & Clinical Experience

Role Overview

• Lead a product development team for Client & Clinical Experience
• Responsible for team backlog development and prioritization
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and other team members
• Drive the execution of initiatives that cross multiple products/experiences/lines of business
• Manage the product development roadmap and coordinate dependencies across teams
• Communicate critical updates and insights to key stakeholders and leaders
• Create Epic/initiative-level measurement plans including success metrics and release plans
• Identify issues and develop insights about product health

Requirements

• 7+ years’ work experience
• Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills
• Adept at collaboration and teamwork
• Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
• Adept product strategy experience
• Prior working experience working in an agile environment
