About this role
Role Overview
Analyze customer experience data (NPS and other metrics), identifying opportunities and issues
Develop dashboards and analyses to support decision-making
Turn data into actionable insights to improve the customer journey
Collaborate with business areas (Operations, Marketing, Technology, among others)
Support leadership with analyses and executive presentations
Lead initiatives and projects aimed at advancing the customer experience
Requirements
Strong knowledge of data analysis and database manipulation (SQL, Excel and/or BI tools)
Experience building dashboards and analyzing metrics
Ability to translate data into business insights
Strong communication skills for interacting with different departments
Experience with CX metrics (such as NPS) is a plus
Experience in data-driven environments and decision-making is a plus
