Collect, analyze, and document the client's business requirements, ensuring all needs are clearly understood and communicated.
Facilitate communication between the client and the development team, ensuring all parties are aligned.
Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
Participate in testing phases, ensuring that all functionalities work as expected and business requirements are met.
Assist in creating training materials and provide support during the deployment phase to ensure a smooth transition.

Proven experience as a Business Requirements Analyst and experience in agile projects.
Experience as a functional consultant for ERP systems.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Familiarity with identifying and resolving issues that may arise during ERP implementation and customization.
Understanding of business processes and operations; experience with financial routines is a plus.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Advanced spoken English.
