Maintain existing customer accounts and strategically acquire new customers
Provide clinical and product advice to physicians, nurses, OR staff and purchasers on endoprosthetic solutions for major joint areas (knee, hip, shoulder)
Build trusted, long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders
Attend surgeries to ensure proper use of our products by providing guidance and information
Participate in and support workshops, trainings and congresses
Requirements
Medical training (e.g., OR nurse, registered nurse) or a comparable degree (e.g., biomedical engineering), or equivalent qualification through relevant professional experience
Basic medical knowledge and OR experience (ideally focused on surgery / orthopedics / reconstruction)
(Initial) experience in medical device/product sales (e.g., medical device consultant, sales representative, account manager)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Motivated to work independently and focused on achieving targets
Proficient in IT systems such as MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent German and good English skills (written and spoken)
Driver’s license (Class B) and residence in the specified region
