Assess land plots for PV and BESS installations in cooperation with Nexun’s in-house GIS department (Vmap).
Prepare project layouts and detailed designs using technical software (AutoCAD, Glint, PVCase) and perform yield calculations (PVSyst) to optimize technical and financial performance.
Manage permitting processes (PAS/AU) up to “Ready to Build” status, including liaising with local authorities and public bodies, coordinating co-developers and service providers, organizing data rooms, tracking project status, and providing risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Control project timelines and milestones, providing regular reporting to management.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and project alignment across teams.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience managing the development phase of Medium Voltage solar energy projects (PAS/AU).
Hands-on experience with grid applications and DNO/TSO web portals.
Solid understanding of environmental constraints, legal/technical documentation, and negotiation processes.
Goal-oriented with strong focus on timelines and deliverables.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong project management skills, with experience collaborating across teams in France, Germany, Austria, and Italy.
Languages: Italian (mother tongue) and good English skills.
