About this role
Role Overview
Build and operationalize Stargate’s infrastructure demand planning and S&OP processes.
Develop systems and workflows that consolidate Bottoms Up and Top Down planning inputs into actionable demand forecasts.
Partner with ERP onboarding and systems implementation efforts to establish scalable planning infrastructure.
Translate infrastructure growth plans into multi-year supply, manufacturing, and deployment forecasts.
Develop 3–5 year power and infrastructure demand forecasts to support supplier capacity planning.
Drive alignment across Finance, Infrastructure Strategy, Capacity Planning, Manufacturing Operations, and Strategic Sourcing teams.
Establish operational cadences, governance mechanisms, and reporting structures for planning execution.
Identify risks, forecast gaps, and operational bottlenecks across the planning lifecycle.
Support executive-level planning discussions and long-range infrastructure strategy reviews.
Requirements
Have 10+ years of experience in technical program management, supply planning, S&OP, infrastructure planning, or operations strategy.
Have experience building planning processes or operational systems in high-growth environments.
Are comfortable operating across technical, operational, and financial planning domains.
Have experience with ERP systems, planning tooling, or enterprise operational systems.
Can synthesize ambiguous inputs into structured operational plans.
Have strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities.
Are highly cross-functional and effective at driving alignment across organizations.
Thrive in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities and scale challenges.
