You take strategic leadership of two high-growth business areas: our established B2C business in the subsidized education market and the development of our B2B segment — directly and/or via partner or reseller channels.
You build a team that pushes each other to achieve peak performance, create scalable structures, and actively shape the future of OneCareer.
You develop segment-specific sales playbooks, methodologies and incentive systems.
You establish an accurate sales forecast and a performance dashboard.
You are responsible for the sales budget and define commercial planning together with the CCO.
You lead an existing sales team of currently 15 people, with both disciplinary and technical responsibility, committed to developing your team members.
You further scale our established B2C business through process optimization, conversion improvements and targeted automation.
You build the B2B sales engine from the ground up and lead it operationally.
You work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Operations.
Requirements
5+ years of sales leadership experience with disciplinary responsibility for building and scaling growing sales teams
Proven experience launching new segments or channels alongside an established core business
Experience with direct sales or partner/reseller channels — ideally familiar with both
Solid KPI understanding: New Bookings, Conversion / Win Rate, Pipeline, Sales Cycle and Forecast Accuracy are your daily management instruments
Hands-on mentality combined with strategic depth: you run forecast meetings confidently and step into critical deals yourself
Confident use of modern sales stacks: HubSpot or Salesforce, sales engagement tools and AI-supported workflows
University degree or relevant professional experience
Experience in EdTech, SaaS or B2B tech environments is an advantage
Knowledge of the subsidized education market (education vouchers, QCG, AZAV) or corporate learning sales is a plus, but not required
