Requirements
- Responsible for overseeing branch activities
- Meeting vessel allocation targets
- Ensuring adherence to company procedures
- Taking care of all Branch related activities
- Meeting the vessel allocation on each trade
- Sales calls /Visits sending reports as per the KPIs set
- Monitoring each activity
- Maintaining good culture and image of CMA CGM
- Ensure adherence of CMA CGM Procedures
- Sending Branch weekly and other required reports time to time
- Attending management meeting with knowledge of data
- Keeping close contact with the market and exploring new business opportunities
- Team management
- Ensure Team is well equipped with Systems knowledge
- Performing Sales Visits / Calls as per agreed with Zonal AGM / Commercial Director
