About this role
Role Overview
- Central point of contact for complex technical issues in 3rd level support
- Support the 2nd level support team with problem analysis and resolution
- In-depth investigation of system behavior and log files
- Collaborate with the Core Products team to resolve issues
- Provide structured handover of requests to the Core Products team
- Use Jira to manage and prioritize requests
Requirements
- Several years of experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
- Basic knowledge of SQL/Oracle and database querying
- Experience with .NET-based applications and web services
- Understanding of software architectures
- API knowledge, especially with JSON and XML data formats
- Structured, solution-oriented working style and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- High motivation, resilience, team spirit and flexibility
