About this role
Role Overview
Central point of contact for complex technical issues in 3rd level support
Support the 2nd level support team with problem analysis and resolution
In-depth investigation of system behavior and log files
Collaborate with the Core Products team to resolve issues
Provide structured handover of requests to the Core Products team
Use Jira to manage and prioritize requests
Requirements
Several years of experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
Basic knowledge of SQL/Oracle and database querying
Experience with .NET-based applications and web services
Understanding of software architectures
API knowledge, especially with JSON and XML data formats
Structured, solution-oriented working style and a high degree of personal responsibility
Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
High motivation, resilience, team spirit and flexibility
