About this role
Role Overview
Support the company’s internal recruitment strategy across multiple offices and teams.
Identify, engage, and secure high-quality talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Partner with hiring managers to take detailed role briefs and support recruitment planning.
Develop and manage effective advertising campaigns to attract high-quality candidates.
Proactively source talent through headhunting and direct outreach techniques.
Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews to assess suitability and cultural alignment.
Manage the offer process through to successful onboarding, including references and candidate aftercare.
Support and coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Maintain consistent communication and provide guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s reputation within the market.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.
Produce recruitment reports and market insights for internal stakeholders.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to support ongoing hiring strategy improvements.
Contribute to continuous improvements across recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Requirements
Previous recruitment experience gained either within an agency or internal recruitment environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
Commercial awareness and strong negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Professional, confidential, and diplomatic approach.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
