Perform comprehensive compliance risk assessments and maintain/execute the compliance monitoring program tailored to different jurisdictional requirements.
Systematically evaluate the adequacy, design, and operating effectiveness of the company’s compliance policies, controls, and procedures to ensure robust quality assurance.
Conduct rigorous follow-up testing following the implementation of action plans by operational teams to verify that previously identified compliance gaps have been effectively and securely closed.
Conduct regular reviews and annual updates of all company policies to ensure they remain aligned with evolving regulatory landscapes.
Participate actively in group-wide audits and act as the central coordinator between internal/external stakeholders to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the audit process.
Develop, coordinate, and deliver targeted, high-quality compliance training and awareness programs to all staff members.
Formally review and sign off on projects designed to fix past breaches, providing independent assurance that the implementation has successfully and permanently resolved any non-compliance issues.
Systematically test all new business initiatives post-launch to ensure actual implementation mirrors the approved compliance roadmap and does not deviate from agreed-upon specifications.

BSc/BA in Legal, Finance, Business or relevant field.
2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
Industry related experience within a role of a multi-regulated investment firm is a must.
Proven ability to coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders during audits and project roll-outs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multitask and work to strict deadlines.
