Support the definition, development, implementation, and enhancement of complex systems
Provide production support for highly complex environments
May involve providing project leadership for major feasibility and business systems analysis initiatives

Must be a U.S. Citizen
Bachelor's degree required
Mid-Level DevOps Engineer with 7–10 years of experience
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
Experience with: GitLab pipelines, Python scripting, Shell scripting, Linux navigation and command line, Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes or similar), YAML (YML), Terraform, Ansible
Ability to work standard business hours (core hours: 9 AM – 3 PM EST; full M–F schedule expected)
Flexibility to work differing shifts as needed
