Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure their satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide effective support, handling commercial requests through consultative sales;
Introduce yourself to new clients after credentialing through the service channels (written and phone);
Proactively contact clients to assess performance and opportunities, conducting negotiations and renegotiations;
Work proactively to anticipate potential churn and intervene to reverse it;
Actively contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at building and strengthening the team;
Ensure compliance with commercial agreements made with clients.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales
Undergraduate degree in progress or completed
Experience with active customer outreach and B2B interactions
Clear and effective communication
Proficiency in managing multiple channels
Ability to build and strengthen relationships with clients and the team
Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems assertively
Resilience and flexibility to adapt to change with an entrepreneurial mindset.
