Role Overview
- Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other sales channels.
- Identify and qualify potential customers within target markets.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline for the Account Executive team.
- Engage with decision-makers and schedule discovery meetings.
- Research prospects and personalize outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activities.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation efforts.
- Represent the company professionally in both English and Spanish-speaking markets.
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in sales, lead generation, customer outreach, or SDR-related roles.
- Previous experience in a start-up
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Background in Education, EdTech, teaching, tutoring, or academic environments is a major plus.
- Experience with outbound sales and cold outreach is preferred.
