Role Overview
- Define, operationalise, and scale AI adoption at voize
- Build the AI infrastructure for internal productivity
- Build AI fluency through onboarding sessions and workshops
- Establish AI governance and compliance standards
- Partner with teams to embed AI into workflows
- Analyze tool usage and iterate on change initiatives
- Maintain a context layer for shared truth between agents and humans
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment
- Strong technical fluency in LLM-based systems (prompts, agents, retrieval patterns, embeddings, APIs)
- Experience designing and integrating AI workflows across tools and data platforms
- Proven enablement track record of training and enabling non-technical teams
- Entrepreneurial and process-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- English required; some level of German is a strong plus.
