Role Overview
- Design and administer commercial property/casualty insurance and self-insurance programs
- Assist in risk identification, evaluation, and mitigation efforts
- Work with insurance brokers and insurers to identify exposures and coverage needs
- Present risk management and insurance coverage interpretation to leadership
- Lead risk and insurance efforts during potential acquisitions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Thorough working knowledge and experience with insurance policy forms, coverage and underwriting practices
- Working knowledge of computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office
- Prior commercial insurance or risk management experience
