About this role

Design end-to-end AI solution architectures for transformation initiatives, from process automation to intelligent decision support
Evaluate and recommend AI platforms, tools, and vendors aligned to business requirements and enterprise standards
Partner with process owners to ensure workflows are redesigned and optimized before AI is applied
Lead or co-lead the technical delivery of AI solutions, working alongside IT, vendors, and functional teams from pilot to scale
Develop training, documentation, and enablement resources to drive effective adoption of AI tools across teams
Support change management efforts by helping employees understand, trust, and work effectively alongside AI systems.

12+ years of experience as a business solutions architect
Demonstrated experience designing and deploying AI or automation solutions in an enterprise setting
Experience working within a management consulting firm or internal transformation/strategy function
Strong understanding of AI concepts, generative AI, RPA, and intelligent automation platforms
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPR) and their relationship to automation readiness
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
