Work closely with the Personal Care team to drive new customer acquisition by delivering value-added sales and service activities for customers
Provide onsite cleaning trials support, technical consultancy, customer trainings, coordinate onsite engineering projects and tailored cleaning recommendations
Leverage technical and consultative sales expertise to build credibility with current and prospective customers, while developing strong relationships with key stakeholders
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to win new business
Represent the company at industry seminars and trade shows to expand professional networks, generate leads, and stay informed on Personal Care market developments
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Science) or related field
6+ years successful technical sales or outside sales experience utilizing a consultative sales approach
Ideally prior experience working in industrial environments (in Personal Care or Food and beverage)
