Reporting directly to the France HR Manager, you will gain 360° exposure to HR operations and internal talent management in France.
HR Operations & Admin: Support day-to-day administrative tasks (Single Occupational Risk Assessment updates, review and update of mandatory French HR topics, data entry, and onboarding/offboarding planning, among others).
Employee Experience & Culture: Help organize internal events, gatherings, and initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement and nurturing our company culture.
Payroll Variable Preparation: Assist in preparing payroll variables by collecting monthly payroll data.
Benefits & Onboarding Compliance: Oversee the employee enrollment and termination processes.
Legal & HR Support: Act as a first point of contact for employees regarding internal HR policies, leave entitlements, and standard administrative requests.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (L3, M1, or M2) in Human Resources
Passion for HR: Genuine interest in HR administration, people operations, talent development, and French employment law.
Tools: Prior exposure to HRIS is a plus; proficiency in Excel is mandatory.
Languages: Fluent in French and English (C1).
Soft Skills: Active listening, strong organizational skills, and an absolute respect for confidentiality.
Bonus: Previous theoretical knowledge of French labor regulations and familiarity with the iGaming industry is highly appreciated.
