Senior Manager – Enterprise Architecture

Role Overview

• Develop a high-performing Enterprise Architecture function
• Ensure Enterprise Architects are deployed effectively across engagements
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Enterprise Architects across EMEA
• Maintain consistent application of enterprise architecture standards
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, standards, and practices
• Guide incorporation of AI into marketing ecosystems
• Support pre-sales opportunities and client engagement
• Build relationships within the Global Enterprise Architecture community
• Evolve reference architectures and transition frameworks

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and developing Enterprise Architects in a professional services or complex enterprise environment
• Strong grounding in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF)
• Experience across transformation programmes
• Strong understanding of AI-enabled architectures
• Credibility with senior business and technology executives
• Executive leadership skills including coaching, mentoring, and influencing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A collaborative leadership style focused on outcomes
• Ability to communicate and drive optimal team productivity
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and customer experience management
