Drive optimization initiatives across payment products with a focus on customer experience and commercial performance
Onboard and manage relationships with payment providers and external partners
Monitor product performance and customer behaviour, leveraging insights to improve payment experiences
Lead payment-related projects from inception through to successful delivery, ensuring timelines and objectives are met
Own data-driven analysis and transform insights into actionable recommendations and business decisions
Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions to identify customer pain points and prioritize improvements
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment across teams
Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring smooth implementation and project execution
Conduct research, gather feedback and support product validation before execution

Previous experience within the payments space, ideally with exposure to both fiat and crypto payments within iGaming
Strong understanding of payment products, customer journeys and operational processes
Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities and drive improvements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including exposure to executive-level interactions
Understanding of relevant compliance, legal and regulatory frameworks
Strong business mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into practical solutions
