Develop, execute, and maintain User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios.
Validate system functionality for eligibility and benefits management applications.
Perform end-to-end testing for integrated human services systems supporting multiple benefit programs.
Identify, document, track, and retest defects through resolution.
Collaborate with business users, project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure business requirements are met.
Participate in test planning, requirements review, and defect triage meetings.
Ensure testing documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with project standards.
Support production validation and post-implementation testing activities.
Assist with reporting test results, risks, and overall UAT readiness.

Three (3) years of experience working on relevant projects supporting state human service programs such as: Medicaid, CHIP, SNAP, TEA
Five (5) years of previous experience performing UAT work on at least one (1) eligibility engagement that supported multiple benefit programs
