Provide context for clinical trials and connect stakeholders to investigative sites
Train and motivate site staff and investigators
Conduct site evaluations, training, and monitoring activities
Customize site engagement strategies for assigned studies
Gather local insights and utilize site engagement tools to measure impact
Proactively assess risks and monitor activities for study performance
Develop knowledge of therapeutic area and patient journey for recruitment
Ensure quality of data and timely submission of safety events

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree; health related preferred (e.g. Medical, Scientific, Nursing, Pharmacy)
Clinically related experience, preferably in clinical research coordinating or data management
Knowledge of appropriate therapeutic area indications is preferred
Ability to understand and apply scientific concepts as they relate to the conduct of clinical trials
Knowledge on existing and emerging local regulatory and legal requirements, ICH/GCP Guidelines and applicable policies
Able to work collaboratively and cross functionally to develop and sustain working relationships
Strong planning and organizational skills
Ability to leverage technology, tools and resources to provide customer centric support
Self-motivated individual focused on delivering timely and quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment
