The GBS Process Improvement & Analytics Lead is responsible for designing, deploying, and sustaining a standardized continuous improvement (CI) and performance management capability across the Global Business Services (GBS) Source to Pay (S2P) organization.
Drive year‑over‑year improvements in efficiency, cost to serve, cycle time, and quality.
Establish a repeatable improvement lifecycle (identify, prioritize, execute, sustain).
Provide thought leadership on Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and agile improvement practices.
Collaborate with functional leadership on strategic initiatives/alignment and investment needs.
Enable leaders to manage performance through data, root‑cause analysis, and structured escalation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
8+ years of experience in Procurement, Source‑to‑Pay, process improvement, operational excellence, and analytics
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change
Strong understanding of S2P controls, compliance, and financial integration
Demonstrated success driving transformation, standardization, and automation
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with Oracle and procurement systems
Experience with analytics, reporting, and visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Fluency in English both spoken and written, is required
