Lead global EHS training program, including working with internal subject matter experts and external consultants to coordinate training development and maintenance
Manage global training matrices, and liaise with the 3M global training organization and system of record
Lead translation work process
Consult with the division leadership team and internal clients to set and execute strategic direction, operating plans, and guidelines/methods for the EHS management system
Initiate and approve projects to continuously improve training efficiency, effectiveness, translation, and manage the management system to an approved annual budget
Lead document management, SharePoint, and internal standards development processes, with a focus on improvement and sustainability
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
Five (5) years of experience leading training programs in a private, public, government or military environment
Ten (10) years of experience leading management systems programs in a private, public, government or military environment
Five (5)+ years experience in participating in or leading environment, health, safety, programs for a manufacturing or product development organization
Five (5)+ years combined supervisory, management, and project leadership experience
Experience leading cross-functional teams and improvement programs
Strong demonstration of project management skills
