HubSpot Administration & Automation: Administer HubSpot for marketing automation, including setting up workflows, lead scoring, nurturing sequences, and integrations with other tools.
Ensure proper tracking of leads, MQLs, SQLs, and opportunities across the entire funnel.
Maintain data hygiene, manage user permissions, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards within HubSpot (and/or BI tools) to track key performance metrics (lead volume, pipeline velocity, customer acquisition costs, etc.).
Analyze campaign performance, funnel metrics, and ABM effectiveness; present insights to leadership.
Make strategic recommendations based on data to optimize spend, focus, and targeting.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to identify new opportunities, trends, and best practices.
Translate research findings into actionable strategies for customer segmentation and targeting.
Stay current on industry trends, marketing technology advancements, and competitor campaigns.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless handoffs of leads, alignment on target account lists, and continuous feedback loops.
Partner with product marketing to refine positioning, messaging, and product differentiators.
Coordinate with content and design teams to develop assets that support ABM and demand generation efforts.
Budget & Resource Management: Manage allocated marketing budgets for campaigns; optimize spend across channels.
Recommend new tools, technologies, or resources to enhance the effectiveness of ABM and demand generation programs.
Process Optimization: Continually refine workflows, lead management processes, and campaign execution steps to streamline operations.
Document best practices and standard operating procedures for future scalability.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5+ years in a B2B marketing role with a proven track record in demand generation and/or ABM.
HubSpot Expertise: Hands-on experience administering HubSpot (or equivalent marketing automation platform), including setting up workflows, dashboards, and integrations.
Technical & Analytical Skills: Proficient in marketing analytics, data reporting, segmentation strategies, and A/B testing.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of B2B buying cycles, SaaS products, and complex sales funnels.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales and product marketing.
Market Research: Ability to perform competitor and market analyses to inform campaign strategies.
Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
