- Grow the sales of your department

- Support customers with their home improvement projects
- Ensure high-quality self-service (shelf replenishment, aisle cleanliness, facing)
- Contribute to showcasing the product range (display stands, window displays)
- Energize the aisle and product presentation (promotional events, special offers)
Requirements
- Passion for retail and working in a team
- Interest in the products in your department
- Drive to take on challenges
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ideally, previous experience in sales
