Role Overview
- Perform manual testing according to defined specifications
- Execute functional and regression tests
- Identify, log, and report bugs clearly and concisely
- Track the defect lifecycle until resolution
- Assist in creating and maintaining test cases, scenarios, and test scripts
- Document test results, evidence, and outcomes
- Follow processes and standards established by the QA team
- Support continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with development and QA teams
Requirements
- Knowledge of software testing concepts
- Understanding of manual, functional, and regression testing
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with test cases, scenarios, and test scripts
- Approximately 1 year of experience in QA/Testing
- Basic knowledge of test management tools (TestLink, Zephyr, or similar)
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of test automation
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
