Lead, drive and grow sales for Banking, Wealth & Asset Management and Insurance vertical
Assume leadership of a growing sales organization, including Regional Vice Presidents and Account Executives
Set and execute an aggressive customer acquisition strategy to generate annual growth in ACV bookings
Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for growing the company’s Strategic Financial Services vertical focus and customer base
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management
Plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels
Work cross-functionally with all field teams (Account Development, Solution Engineering, Consulting Services, Customer Success, Channels, etc)
Establish trusted relationships with key corporate teams, including; industry marketing, product development, product management and recruiting
Requirements
8+ years in software and/or applications sales
Proven relationships with key stakeholders across the Financial Services industry preferred
Strong track record of recruiting, developing and retaining an impactful sales organization
Strong operational and analytical abilities
Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
Value based, customer outcome focused sales motion
Experience selling cloud based enterprise applications is strongly preferred
