Requirements
- Knowledge of tax solution products
- Experience with market tax solutions
- Functional knowledge of platforms for issuing, receiving, querying, storing, or managing tax documents
- Experience with tax messaging products
- Knowledge of tax compliance solutions
- Understanding of tax workflows within a system solution
- Experience with functional configuration of tax products
- Ability to assess alignment between customer needs and available product functionality
- Knowledge of the product lifecycle for tax products
- Familiarity with business rules applied in tax systems
- Knowledge of electronic tax documents
- Functional knowledge of the main electronic tax documents: NF-e, NFC-e, NFS-e, CT-e, MDF-e
- Understanding of key tax events
- Ability to understand the impact of tax rejections on business processes
- Knowledge of obligations related to the retention and retrieval of electronic tax documents
- Tax and fiscal knowledge applied to the product
- Understanding of tax concepts applied to tax solutions
- Ability to evaluate how tax rules impact functionality
