About this role
Role Overview
Own outbound prospecting end-to-end: Cold calls, cold email, targeted account research and attend discovery meetings
Book qualified discovery calls with B2B decision-makers — CEOs, Business Owners, etc.
Run sharp discovery conversations that uncover real pain, not surface-level interest
Build outreach sequences that cut through the noise and get responses
Track everything in HubSpot
Hit and exceed monthly targets for meetings booked and pipeline generated
Stay sharp on B2B marketing trends
Report pipeline and activity, and booked appointments directly to the Head of Growth.
Requirements
2–4+ years in a B2B sales or business development role
Agency or digital marketing background strongly preferred
Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline through outbound activity
Comfortable discussing SEO, Paid Media, content strategy, and marketing ROI with sophisticated buyers
Eligible to work full-time in Canada and able to commute into our Oakville office.
