Role Overview
- Act as L3 escalation point for complex network incidents (P1/P2)
- Perform deep troubleshooting across LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, firewall, and routing domains
- Analyze network issues using packet captures, logs, and monitoring tools
- Ensure high availability and performance of enterprise network infrastructure
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in enterprise network operations
- Strong expertise in Cisco Routers & Switches
- Cisco certifications (CCNP / CCIE preferred)
- Proficiency in troubleshooting LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, firewall, and routing protocols
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive and ownership-driven mindset
