Role Overview
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot LoanIQ issues
- Partner with LoanIQ Business Analysts to provide solutions as requested by Business Partners
- Complete any necessary upgrades or installations of LoanIQ software
- Resolve security vulnerabilities as identified
- Work in a highly collaborative and fast paced environment with a diverse team
Requirements
- At least 4 years experience in software development or support, with preferably at least 1 year of LoanIQ related experience
- Experienced in working with LoanIQ or similar accounting systems, SQL/PL-SQL, and maintaining Windows and Linux servers
- Understanding of Financially Significant Applications and Sarbanes Oxley practices
- Proven strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with both technical-minded and business-minded individuals.
