5+ years of experience in technical analysis, systems analysis, business systems support, or related IT roles.
Experience leading technical projects, cross-functional initiatives, and business intake or requirements gathering processes.
Experience developing functional design documentation and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, system integrations, and data management concepts.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
