Own the day-to-day execution, optimization, and reporting of paid search programs
Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google (Search, Shopping, Demand Gen, PMAX, YouTube) and Bing
Build and execute Google/Bing campaigns including keyword research, campaign structuring, audience targeting, A/B testing, reporting, and ongoing optimization
Lead testing methodologies for search and shopping campaigns
Drive results to achieve key performance KPIs, including return on ad spend (ROAS)
Oversee Google ads budget allocation and forecasting
Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations
Partner closely with cross-functional teams such as Creative, Ecomm, Influencer, and Paid Social to drive best practices
Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in search marketing

3+ years of search marketing experience with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and driving measurable results
Proficiency in Google and Bing ads platform
Proven expertise with Google/Bing Merchant Center
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral, written, non-verbal, intuitive, psychic et al)
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw actionable insights
Creative problem-solver with a proactive and results-driven mindset
Organized with exceptional time management skills
