Engage with and develop a foundational understanding of continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) principles
Collaborate on the design and implementation of migrating critical legacy product pipelines to our next-generation build and release platform.
Ensure the reliability of the build process, supporting the transition of long-term products while maintaining steady release cadences and high quality standards.
Help define and standardize complex, siloed build requirements into unified, maintainable, and scalable engineering workflows.
Promote the adoption of modern build practices, including automated testing, secure artifact generation, and pipeline-as-code principles across the Sustaining Engineering organization.
Partner with product, release, and infrastructure teams to resolve dependency challenges, align on build standards, and advocate for engineering best practices.
Provide technical guidance to the team, setting high standards for code quality, documentation, and architectural rigor during the modernization process.
