About this role
Role Overview
Provide technical support to corporate users and stores;
Maintain office and operations IT environments;
Assist with installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, tablets, mobile phones, printers and peripherals;
Perform troubleshooting of systems, equipment, connectivity and telephony;
Track technical tickets and ensure SLA compliance;
Support technology vendors and partners;
Provide support for networks, internet links, 5G modems and connectivity;
Manage inventory and equipment movements;
Support store opening, remodeling and maintenance processes;
Prepare technical documentation and operational procedures;
Assist the team in identifying improvements and ensuring environment stability.
Requirements
Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Networks or related fields.
Previous experience in corporate technical support and/or field support;
Knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Android, Linux and corporate tools;
Experience with user support and ticketing operations;
Knowledge of networking, connectivity and infrastructure;
Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude;
Organized, with a sense of priorities and agility to operate in an operational environment;
Experience supporting retail or restaurant operations;
Experience working with telecommunications and infrastructure vendors;
Experience in environments with multiple locations/stores.
