You will be part of a highly collaborative technology team working on strategic projects involving digital solutions and integrations with internal and external systems.
The primary focus will be to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software deliveries through modern automated testing practices for integrations and APIs.
Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and automate integrated functional and regression tests across different application layers (frontend, backend).
Collaborate with developers, Product Owners, and business analysts to ensure full understanding of requirements and usage scenarios.
Create and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress or Playwright.
Validate REST APIs using tools such as Postman and Bruno, analyzing responses and integration logs.
Perform data queries and verifications in MongoDB to ensure test consistency and traceability.
Manage test cases, plans, and evidence within Xray for Jira, ensuring full coverage and traceability of requests.
Apply testing best practices based on the Testing Pyramid, prioritizing automation and failure prevention.
Support continuous improvement of quality processes and help foster a Quality First culture within product teams.
Requirements
Proven experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA) testing.
Proficiency in test automation with Cypress or Playwright.
Knowledge of integration testing.
Experience in API testing with Postman and/or Bruno.
Experience with NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB.
Experience with Xray for Jira for test case management and traceability.
Solid understanding of testing best practices.
Knowledge of the Testing Pyramid and test types (unit, integration, end-to-end, exploratory, regression).
Advanced spoken English is essential.
Nice-to-have: Previous experience in the automotive sector or at large technology companies.
Familiarity with CI/CD, Jenkins, GitLab.
Education: Undergraduate degree in progress or completed in IT-related fields.
