About this role
Role Overview
- Support monitoring of process metrics, contributing to the team’s continuous improvement.
- Assist the Product Owner (PO) in backlog prioritization and refinement.
- Support the description and detailing of backlog items for development.
- Participate in and support agile ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review and Retrospective).
- Assist developers with day-to-day needs and help organize the workflow.
- Contribute to building and tracking business metrics together with the PO and developers.
- Help identify and remove impediments and dependencies between teams.
- Support improvements to the software development process and adoption of agile best practices.
- Facilitate communication among areas and teams involved in the project.
Requirements
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban.
- Basic understanding of backlog, agile ceremonies and tracking metrics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative, organized and eager-to-learn attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and interact with different areas.
- Basic knowledge of tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello or similar.
- Desirable: understanding of the software development lifecycle.
