About this role
Role Overview
Work with tools such as ServiceNow and Azure DevOps on stories aligned to features; communicate new capabilities and process updates to customers to increase enterprise adoption.
Implement tools and processes to build a robust platform for use by all IT customer teams; guide development and document standards for use by the organization.
Act as a consensus builder, aligning systems engineering strategy and design with architectural guidelines, application strategy, and business goals.
Manage the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) lifecycle, and create and maintain test automation frameworks for key Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) processes and APIs interfacing with the ServiceNow Platform.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related fields.
Understanding of ServiceNow and HRSD processes; background in other ServiceNow modules such as CMDB and ITSM is an advantage.
Experience with Flow Designer, Automated Test Framework (ATF), and Catalog Development/Deployment end-to-end.
Proficiency in API testing, deployment, and integration.
Knowledge of Azure fundamentals and Azure DevOps.
Experience coordinating with multiple product teams.
Strong communication skills across multiple end users and stakeholders; proven team player.
