NVH at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, you will play a crucial role in optimising automotive systems to enhance noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) performance.
Your responsibilities will include demonstrating a strong understanding of automotive systems modelling, executing static and dynamic analysis, conducting model updates, and evaluating system-level performance on overall vehicle performance.
Tools and Processes you'll use include creating process documentation for system-level NVH simulations and optimisation, utilising optimisation tools, and developing new design validation plans (DVPs).
Requirements
Minimum of 3
5 years of experience in automotive NVH analysis and simulation.
Proficiency in full vehicle finite element (FE) model building using Altair Hypermesh.
Experience in conducting static and dynamic analysis and optimisation using software such as MSC NASTRAN, MSC ACTRAN, and Altair OPTISTRUCT.
A proven track record in NVH behaviour analysis with a focus on automotive systems.
Hands-on experience with LMS/Virtual Lab for comprehensive simulations.
A postgraduate degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset capable of identifying and addressing system-level issues proactively.
