Senior Engineer – Steering & Wheelend

Role Overview

• Electronic power Steering system CAN Architecture development
• Design and development knowledge on 3 phase AC motors
• Steering system calculations understanding to review control logics of Steering software
• Good knowledge in Sensors and Microcontrollers of Steering system
• Co-ordinate with Electronics team and other interface team on understanding the communication of ECU's
• Excellent knowledge in CAN communicating tools
• Script development using Vector & Interpedis tools
• Test case preparation with Virtual ECU's for Software verification
• Discussion with Suppliers on Networking, Logic preparation, Specification documents
• Analysis of failure modes in the vehicle and prepare 8D for problem solving
• Assist CMVR team on steering validation and certification
• Creation of Standards on the Script generations and operating procedures

Requirements

• 3
• 5 years of experience in related field
• BE/B Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or Mechatronics engineering
