About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for the strategic development of our partner network in key markets
Drive and grow indirect sales through a network of partners (system integrators, manufacturers, resellers)
Deploy the Channel Partner strategy and identify the most relevant partners by sector
Negotiate commercial offers and regional framework agreements
Prospect new partners and strengthen existing relationships through targeted promotion, training and communication activities
Maintain active market monitoring in your territory to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
Proven experience (≥ 5 years) in selling industrial automation solutions
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Knowledge of the automation and industrial digitalization market
Excellent negotiation, prospecting and partner account management skills and experience developing business plans
Self-starter with strong negotiation skills and the ability to work autonomously
Availability for frequent travel (>50% of the time)
